Job Summary
Senior Software Engineer with focus areas in Machine Learning, User Experience, or DevOps and Test Automation, joining an on-site team in Vantaa, Finland. You will design and develop software for microbiology products, contribute across teams to ML capabilities, UX improvements, or automation practices (test automation, DevOps, tooling, development workflows), and support modernization and continuous improvement. You will work in a cross-functional environment following quality-driven practices including documentation, traceability, verification, validation, and cybersecurity expectations; experience with Windows desktop software and technologies such as C#/.NET or Java is preferred. Fluency in English is required; Finnish language skills are advantageous. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills in English; Finnish advantageous
