Job Summary
Senior Software Engineers with 7+ years of experience, skilled in Java/Python and backend cloud-native development (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure), who can design and build AI-enabled systems, orchestrate agent workflows, and advance PDLC/SDLC through automation and CI/CD. Strong collaboration across engineering, product, AI, and business stakeholders; experience with React/Next.js is beneficial; bilingual English and Spanish required; position based in Guadalajara with hybrid work options.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of strong software engineering experience
- Hands-on experience building applications or platforms using Generative AI or agentic design patterns
- Strong programming skills in Java and/or Python
- Experience building services in cloud-native environments using Kubernetes and managed cloud services on AWS and/or Azure
- Good understanding of APIs, distributed systems, event-driven architectures, data pipelines, and enterprise integration patterns
- Experience with modern AI frameworks, SDKs, and tools for building AI applications and agent workflows
- Experience with CI/CD, automation, and engineering productivity tooling
- Advanced Conversational English and Spanish
- If residing in Mexico, valid INE, CURP, NSS and RFC
