Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of prior management experience
- Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architectures
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices
- Ability to lead and scale teams of 10-15 engineers
- Experience collaborating with product managers, QA, DevOps, and other engineers
- Excellent communication for design reviews and stakeholder alignment
