Job Summary
Senior Software Engineering Manager - GenAI at Wells Fargo leading multiple engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable GenAI-enabled platforms. Drive enterprise-wide architecture alignment, collaborate with product, architecture, and business stakeholders, and mentor engineering managers and engineers. Oversee SDLC, security standards, risk mitigation, and vendor interactions; champion cloud readiness, application modernization, and data strategy while guiding cross-team planning and technical roadmaps. Key focus areas include architecture adherence, non-functional requirements, code quality through peer reviews, and the development of high-impact capabilities using modern technologies in a hybrid work environment.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience with Model Risk Management for GenAI
- 1+ years of experience with LangGraph, LangChain, and Gemini
- 1+ years of experience with Arize Phoenix
- 1+ years of experience with evaluations using LLM-as-a-Judge frameworks
- 1+ years of experience with GenAI performance testing
- 3+ years of experience with API management and development
