Senior Software Engineering Manager - Azure Platform and FinOps

Develop the roadmap: Lead the strategy and execution for the Azure cloud platform, setting the design and engineering direction across the enterprise. Own the FinOps strategy and communication to provide leaders with visibility into cloud spend and optimization opportunities. Drive migration initiatives by coordinating with application owners and architects to modernize workloads. Deliver in an agile fashion with a prioritized product backlog and roadmap for the Azure platform. Reuse patterns, document solutions, and automate to scale delivery; produce monthly FinOps reports with actionable insights and lead quarterly FinOps reviews. Partner with Finance, Procurement, and Business Units to forecast spend and recover costs; champion cost awareness and optimization across engineering teams. Lead and mentor a global team of Public Cloud Architects and Engineers, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning across onshore/offshore teams. Work with Talent Development to create clear career paths, and provide coaching and performance feedback. Collaborate with Business Units to align roadmaps with enterprise guardrails and ensure executive alignment on strategy, design patterns, and execution. Drive change management and clear communication to enable adoption of cloud capabilities, building trust with stakeholders through reusable patterns and timely outcomes.
