Job Summary
Oversee the Software Development Lifecycle by analyzing business and technical requirements, documenting workflows, and creating user stories with acceptance criteria. Drive joint discussions with engineering and product stakeholders to refine backlogs, define process flows, and model data architectures using Visio, Jira, and Confluence. Lead end-to-end SDLC analysis, facilitate discovery workshops, and maintain traceability across epics and features while championing Agile practices and continuous improvement. Provide Tier 3 application support, triage production incidents, and resolve complex engineering requests through effective listening and escalation. Mentor junior analysts, establish technical standards, and manage vendor cases to ensure timely updates and risk tracking. Participate in on-call rotations for critical after-hours response and maintain alignment with service level agreements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree degrees in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years experience in software engineering, technical business analysis, product development, and process improvement
Desired Qualifications
- Agile certifications (CSPO, CSM, PMI-ACP)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
