Job Summary
Senior Software Engineer needed to design, develop, and maintain API-led MuleSoft integrations for ACC services, building RAML specifications, DataWeave transformations, and Mule 4 flows across upstream/downstream systems (Salesforce, Billing, Ordering, Provisioning). Responsibilities include creating reusable API fragments, ensuring secure connectivity via API Manager, contributing to CI/CD pipelines, implementing centralized error handling and observability, participating in release cycles and RCA investigations, and collaborating with architects, QA, and product teams to deliver scalable integration designs. Proficiency with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Munit tests, REST/XML/JSON/SOAP/CSV data handling, CloudHub monitoring, and related middleware technologies is required. Location: Plano, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Engineering
- 3 years of experience utilizing MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Munit test frameworks
- experience with JSON, XML, SOAP, CSV, and ACC UI/backend systems
- experience with CloudHub-based monitoring dashboards
- experience with Salesforce/ACC UI, backend ACC microservices, BSSe/Billing systems, Ordering/Provisioning APIs, Network/RTB services, SQL Server, Oracle, and SAP
