Job Summary
Develop a revolutionary finance marketplace product by designing user experience, implementing business logic, and ensuring adherence to PRD specs. Own end-to-end quality across the software development lifecycle while collaborating with managers and peers to define implementation options. Design and develop pod software components, mentor junior engineers, and evaluate technologies to drive high-quality product adoption. Manage continuously changing business needs in a fast-paced environment, delivering scalable code and deploying applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Required Qualifications
- ReactJS: 5+ years' experience
- Led 2–3 front-end projects in ReactJS
- Delivered/Can Own at least 1 end-to-end project using ReactJS and Node JS(Express) in collaboration with colleagues
- NodeJS (Express): 3+ years' experience
- Capable of backend communication, debugging, and adding features
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to plan and deliver front-end tasks within committed timelines
- Commitment to writing scalable, well-defined, and maintainable code
- Hands-on experience deploying applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Willing to work on-site as required (Belapur – 3 days, BKC – 2 days per week)
Desired Qualifications
- Python: Working knowledge is a plus
- Spring Boot: Open to learning and contributing to backend development
- Exposure to on-premise banking environments is a plus
