Job Summary
Own features and systems end-to-end across multiple product surfaces, from architecture to deployment, while designing clean, scalable solutions. Work directly with stakeholders across engineering, product, data, and revenue to translate business problems into shipped software, proactively driving initiatives without waiting for specs. Operate across the full stack including backend services, frontend applications, and data pipelines, utilizing AI tools like Claude Code and Cursor as a daily force multiplier for implementation and code review. Make pragmatic technical decisions that balance speed, quality, and maintainability in a fast-moving environment, raising the bar for the team through code quality and knowledge sharing. This role requires 4+ years of experience with Python, TypeScript, and AWS, with an on-target earnings of up to $1.7M.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on software development experience
- Proven track record of shipping customer-facing applications
- Stack-flexibility: comfortable working across Python, TypeScript/React, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Databricks)
- Ability to learn new tools fast
- AI-accelerated workflow: actively use AI coding tools to ship faster as how you work every day
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity
- Strong communication skills to work directly with non-technical stakeholders
- Responsiveness and reliability in production systems
- Bias toward action and ownership
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, STEM, or a related technical discipline
- Ability to operate fully remotely within the United States
