Job Summary
Senior Software Engineer – AI & Full-Stack to build AI-integrated web applications powering Worksoft’s enterprise automation platform. Role spans full-stack UI/API development and AI model integration, with mentorship and participation in Scrum. Responsibilities include end-to-end feature delivery, architectural evaluation of AI/ML approaches, prototyping for risks, and ongoing learning of AI advancements while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Required expertise spans C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, modern frontend frameworks (Angular/Blazor), REST APIs, and AI/ML frameworks, plus experience with AI-powered features, MLOps practices, and customer-facing support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or 15+ years of relevant experience without a degree
- 10+ years of experience in developing web-based, object-oriented applications or strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, .Net, ASP.NET Core
- Proven full-stack web development experience using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Angular or Blazor, REST APIs, and authentication patterns
- Proven AI development experience designing, building, and deploying AI-powered features using LLMs, ML frameworks, and orchestration tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and independent-learning abilities
- Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues and working in customer-facing technical roles
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field with a focus on AI, machine learning, or web systems
- Experience designing and delivering AI-integrated web applications that combine real-time data, responsive UIs, and intelligent backend services
- Familiarity with MLOps practices: model monitoring, versioning, and continuous evaluation pipelines
- Published work, or open-source contributions related to AI innovation
- Experience building Windows desktop applications using: WinForms, WPF, Similar frameworks
