Job Summary
Senior Software Engineer responsible for leading moderately complex initiatives, contributing to large-scale planning of strategies, designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting projects within technology domains (including upgrades and deployments). Lead a team to meet client needs, review technical challenges, and collaborate with peers and mid-level managers to achieve goals. Must bring strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring/Spring Boot, microservices/web services, frontend development with ReactJS or Angular, and proficiency with databases (MongoDB, Oracle, MS SQL Server) and caching (Redis, Ignite). Familiarity with payments domain (Wires/SWIFT, ISO 20022), search tooling (Elasticsearch), messaging (Kafka, Solace), and GenAI tools (GitHub Copilot, LLM-based test generation) is advantageous. Cloud experience (Azure/GCP), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub, Artifactory, Sonar), and Agile (SCRUM) experience are expected. The role supports in-office work in Hyderabad or Bengaluru and emphasizes technical leadership, mentoring of junior engineers, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver solutions and drive improvement.
