Job Summary
Lead end-to-end design and implementation of complex technical products for HR, finance, and operations software powering the construction and field services industry. Collaborate cross-functionally to define the technical roadmap and architecture while providing high-quality technical feedback through reviews and blueprints. Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and refine features, maintaining a highly product and user-oriented mindset. Operate with a founder's mindset, comfortable in ambiguity and ownership, to drive lean execution and scalable systems. Full-stack ownership engineers handle projects end-to-end using React, Node.js, and MongoDB. The role requires 4 to 10 years of experience in a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, with a Computer Science degree from a top-tier engineering school and FAANG or startup training strongly preferred. Based in San Francisco or New York, this position offers a salary of $190K to $250K.
Required Qualifications
- 4 to 10 years of full-stack engineering experience in a fast-growing B2B SaaS company
- Computer Science degree from a top-tier engineering school
- Proven experience leading complex technical projects
- Strong frontend (UI) and backend (API and infrastructure) skills
- Highly product and user-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Operates with a founder's mindset, comfortable in ambiguity and ownership
- 4 days in-office, Monday-Thursday
- Location: San Francisco or New York
