Job Summary
Senior Software Engineer V (Level 5) leads design and development of large-scale, business-critical systems or platform areas, owns architecture patterns and coding standards, mentors senior engineers, and drives CI/CD, automation, observability, and cloud-adoption initiatives. The role collaborates across Product, Architects, QA, Security, and DevOps to deliver high-quality releases and leverages AI tools for architecture exploration, code acceleration, and rapid prototyping. Key technical focus areas include Java, JSP Servlets, Springboot, microservices, distributed systems, API architecture, large-scale system design, performance engineering, SQL optimization, Azure/AWS deployments, and Kubernetes. Preferred capabilities include Kubernetes, event-driven systems, API gateways, and a strong DevOps/observability mindset, with an emphasis on guiding teams at the product/framework level. Required Qualifications
- 18+ years experience
- Lead technical leadership
- Mentor senior engineers (L3/L4)

- Strong SQL optimization and high-volume data handling
- Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps, observability
