Job Summary
Build scalable, low-latency, fault-tolerant systems using C# .NET Core, Elasticsearch, and GCP/Kubernetes, validated through automated release, sanity, load, and stress testing. Ship code covering edge cases and negative paths with minimal rework, while defining precise functional requirements to minimize downstream clarification. Lead code reviews to prevent defects and raise team quality standards, collaborating within a multi-functional product team to resolve complex technical problems without escalation. Work in a hybrid model from 12 noon to 9 pm, rotating on-call support for production systems.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- 5 to 8 years of hands-on C# .Net core experience
- Strong fundamentals in Algorithms, OOP and Data Structure
- Expertise with .NET Core and open source technologies
- Elasticsearch, Concourse CI/CD, GCP/Kubernetes
- Build scalable, low-latency, fault-tolerant systems empirically proven through automated release testing, sanity, load and stress testing
- Ship code that covers edge cases and negative paths and needs little rework in review
- Define precise functional requirements so that downstream implementation proceeds with minimal clarification or rework
- Expertise with crafting RESTful or SOAP APIs
- Experience working in any cloud environment such as GCP, AWS, Azure
- Experience in developing, integrating and testing according to industry best practice and standards
- Well versed with Git source control tools like bitbucket, Github, Gitlab
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with team members in a multi-functional product team
- Strong experience in guiding team along with working as an individual contributor
- Strong experience in AI-assisted coding (Claude / Gemini )
- Hands-on experience with prompts
- Be on call for your team as per rotation scheme and schedule for production support
Desired Qualifications
- Agile development experience
- Experience with NDC API 2.0, Airline API Integration
- Airline or Ecommerce industry experience is good to have
- Experience working with GCP
- Hands on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Good to have exposure working with tools like Postman/Fiddler/Swagger etc
- Understanding of Elastic tools like Kibana/Grafana etc would be an added advantage
- Experience with code review tools like SonarQube
- Experience building and maintaining automated continuous deployment pipelines (concourse is preferred)
- Experience working with Online Travel Aggregator(OTA), Technical Aggregator for Airline Systems or Direct Airline themselves
- Experience with any relational database
