Job Summary
Senior Software Engineer at Tieto CareTech leading end-to-end feature development in a healthcare software context. Responsibilities include design, coding, testing, and deployment, driving architectural decisions, ensuring performance, scalability, security, and maintainability, mentoring teammates, promoting automation and continuous improvement, and collaborating in an Agile/Scrum setup. Required skills include full stack capabilities (C#, .NET/.NET Core, RESTful APIs; Angular, HTML5/CSS3/TypeScript), database knowledge, OOP and microservices concepts, unit testing, and familiarity with DevOps/containerization (Kubernetes, Docker) with a healthcare domain plus OpenEHR/HL7/FHIR exposure as a plus. The role supports a flexible hybrid work model in Pune, India.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in software development
- Lead end-to-end feature development
- Independently deliver high-quality software solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Maintain and enhance existing product releases
- Drive technical excellence
- Contribute to architectural decisions
- Promote continuous improvement, automation, and innovation
- Ensure non-functional requirements (NFRs) are considered during development
- Full stack development experience in backend (C#, .NET, RESTful API) and frontend (Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript)
- Experience with unit testing frameworks
- DevOps & Containers knowledge (Kubernetes, Docker) preferred
- Strong code quality and documentation
- Exposure to AI-assisted code generation optional
- Healthcare domain knowledge and OpenEHR/HL7/FHIR familiarity preferred
- Open/Scrum favorite practices and customer-centric mindset
- Experience in Agile methodologies and Scrum environments
- CI/CD exposure
