Job Summary
Lead a squad of full stack Software Engineers by motivating, guiding, and directing team members toward self-organization and ownership. Drive collaboration and communication through code reviews, design discussions, and technical interviews while fostering continuous improvement and innovation. Design, develop, and implement high-performance solutions using Golang, Python, and TypeScript within fault-tolerant distributed cloud architectures on AWS and Kubernetes. Prioritize effective delivery of quality software architecture and report strategic progress to the Engineering Manager. Support team growth through mentoring, employee reviews, and cross-squad communication.
