Job Summary
Senior Software Engineer role focused on designing, developing, and integrating AI-enabled software using AWS and Salesforce. Lead projects within the AWS and Salesforce development tracks; mentor colleagues; design, build, test, and deploy AI agents and intelligent systems for modern cloud-based, n-tier architectures. Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to develop agent-driven workflows that automate complex processes and generate actionable insights; apply engineering best practices for AI development, CI/CD, and code quality. Contribute to agent orchestration, prompt engineering, and real-time, data-driven automation; manage technical debt and drive ongoing improvements in AI platforms and infrastructure. Required Qualifications
- BS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of professional development experience in an object-oriented language (Java, Python, or JavaScript preferred)
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures (Salesforce, AWS, Azure)
- Containerized microservices experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to quality via automated testing, code reviews, and continuous delivery
