Job Summary
Senior Software Engineer responsible for developing agentic AI-enabled SaaS applications for pharmacists’ inventory decisions. Responsibilities include creating agents that perform analysis, design, development, and unit testing of complex software applications, then validating and improving outputs; creating SaaS solutions via agentic workflows utilizing best practice technologies; collaborating with other engineers and management to develop tools and integrate with customer requirements; participating in planning and customer value discussions; on-call rotations are a required part of the DevOps philosophy; required qualifications include production shipping with agentic AI tools (Claude Code, Codex CLI, Cursor), full-stack ownership, strong problem-solving, accountability, and cloud fluency (AWS/GCP/Azure); 8+ years of software design and development experience; preferred expertise in AWS native deployment models, ReactJS, Java, and SQL.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years software design and development experience
- Production shipping with fully agentic AI tools— Claude Code, Codex CLI, Cursor agent mode, or equivalent
- Experience writing, testing, and operating substantive code in production in a large multi-tenant SaaS application
- Full-stack mentality owning frontend, backend, data, infra
- Strong problem-solving and architectural decision-making under time pressure
- Modern cloud fluency in AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Knowledge of ReactJS, Java, SQL database development
