Job Summary
The Senior Software Engineer will innovate on cutting-edge embedded controls platforms and build high-quality software features. Responsibilities include coordinating software development for various appliances, providing requirement feedback for New Product Development, developing architectural documentation, performing system testing, and debugging software and hardware. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or related fields, 5+ years of embedded software experience, and strong proficiency in C/C++ 17. Additional skills in development environments and version control systems are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or related
- 5+ years embedded software experience
- Familiarity with development environments, build and version control systems, and continuous integrations/continuous deployment
- Proficiency in C/C++ 17 (and up)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative mindset
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with CMake, VSCode, Visual Studio, GIT, and Azure DevOps
- Experience with FreeRTOS on ST Micros
- Familiarity with Python, CAN and RS485
- Proficiency with Oscilloscopes, DMMs, Function Generators, and Programmable Power supplies
Additional Requirements
