Job Summary
Lead the design and delivery of complex, cross-cutting features across the full stack, from scoping through production. Drive architectural decisions within your domain, balancing near-term delivery with long-term maintainability and scale. Partner with product managers and designers to shape requirements and advocate for the right solution. Set the bar in code review with thoughtful, constructive feedback and proactively identify and address technical debt, reliability gaps, and systemic risk. Mentor mid-level and associate engineers through pairing and hands-on feedback while helping shape team-level engineering strategy for testing, deployment, and observability.
