Job Summary
Implement and operate supported ServiceNow solutions within the DevOps team, ensuring implementations adhere to standards to minimize technical debt. Develop high-quality, sustainable solutions across the product lifecycle while managing security for all supported products. Collaborate across teams to integrate connected products and systems, actively utilizing AI technologies to automate tasks and enhance efficiency. Configure enterprise-grade ITOM solutions including event ingestion, correlation, and alerting, while improving CMDB data quality and service mapping accuracy. Align ITOM operations with HAM and SAM for asset transparency.
Required Qualifications
- Completed a degree in computer science
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Proven success as a ServiceNow Application Specialist / Developer
- Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of ITOM (Visibility, Health, Event Management), HAM, and SAM
- Proven experience in Event Management implementation projects
- Solid experience with CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping concepts
- Sound knowledge of JavaScript development, with a focus on object-oriented programming and a solid understanding of class structures, class inheritance, and software design principles
- In-depth knowledge of troubleshooting, performance optimization, and root cause analysis
- Solid experience in designing and implementing integrations (REST/SOAP/PowerShell)
- Proven in-depth experience in managing ServiceNow implementation projects and integrating external systems using various integration technologies
- Experience working in agile structures and implementing agile and hybrid projects
- Strong teamwork skills and goal orientation
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies and their practical application
- Basic understanding of AI ServiceNow platform capabilities (NowAssist)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience as a full-stack developer
- ITIL Foundation level certification
- Project management certification
- ServiceNow certifications (CIS-Discovery, CIS-HAM, CIS-SAM)
- AIOps and observability tools experience
- Knowledge of data-driven architecture
