Job Summary
Join SRT Marine Systems as a Senior Software Engineer - Sensors to design and maintain edge-sensor solutions focusing on performance, reliability, and scalability. Responsibilities include integrating and calibrating sensors, building software for usable outputs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Required Qualifications
- Strong engineering mindset with experience in one or more of: Microsoft .Net, GoLang, Python, C++, Rust
- Mathematics, physics, and geospatial mapping knowledge
- Experience working with sensor hardware and electronics
- Understanding of networking principles, protocols, and services
- Application development across embedded, desktop, and web platforms
- Knowledge of video and radar signal processing (e.g., OpenCV)
- Experience with AI-based, hardware-accelerated image processing (e.g., YOLO)
- Familiarity with Enterprise Systems architecture
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Experience with SDLC automation tools
- Broad exposure to remote sensing disciplines
