Job Summary
Design and evolve the technical architecture of our SaaS platform while collaborating as a full-stack developer on complex features and concepts. Support the team with architectural decisions, code reviews, and technical problem-solving, while planning and guiding releases alongside performance, monitoring, and stability optimizations. Handle complex third-level support cases and lead coaching for nearshore and offshore teams. Integrate AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot into daily workflows and advance DevOps processes and engineering standards.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik (ETH, Uni, FH) oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Mindestens vier Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Java, Spring Boot und Angular
- Erfahrung mit DevOps sowie Cloud-nativen Technologien
- Sicherer Umgang mit Kubernetes, Helm, GitHub, CI/CD sowie Monitoring-Lösungen
- Erfahrung mit Code Reviews sowie agilen Entwicklungsmethoden
- Erfahrung mit AI-gestützten Entwicklungstools wie Claude Code, GitHub Copilot oder vergleichbaren Lösungen
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
