Job Summary
Write, test, and deploy accurate, resilient software solutions for the Independent Agents team's core platforms. Actively understand customer problems to drive effective solutions while collaborating closely with Design and Product stakeholders to implement delightful user experiences. Clearly communicate and document your work to support team learning, and support production systems by resolving incidents that affect customers. Suggest code and process improvements to increase team effectiveness. This full-stack role with a front-end focus requires 4-8 years of experience and React expertise, with a salary range of $136,500 - $160,000. Working locations across the US are supported.
Required Qualifications
- 4-8 years as a software engineer
- Experience with React and JavaScript
- Experience with a high-level object-oriented programming language
- Experience modifying, maintaining, and consuming APIs
- An eagerness to work closely with your team in a collaborative environment
- Curiosity in clearly defining the customer problem that needs to be solved
- Excellent communication skills both with engineering colleagues and team stakeholders

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Ruby on Rails
