Job Summary
Design and implement scalable solutions for the proprietary Loan Management System, modernizing architecture and engineering patterns to support business growth. Develop, deploy, and refactor high-quality software across the stack while troubleshooting complex production issues and reducing technical debt. Partner with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to establish development standards, improve CI/CD practices, and drive long-term technical strategy. Contribute to architectural direction, code reviews, and mentorship to foster a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional software development experience
- 5+ years of experience designing and building enterprise-scale applications
- Experience modernizing legacy or home-grown software platforms
- Experience developing and supporting high-availability production systems
- Experience with microservices architecture, distributed systems, and event-driven design
- Strong experience with .NET
- Strong experience with C#
- Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server
- Strong experience with React/Angular
- Strong experience with TypeScript
- Strong experience with REST APIs
- Strong experience with Azure Cloud Services
- Experience with AI-Assisted Development
- Experience with Entity Framework
- Experience with Event-Driven & Microservice Architecture
- Experience with Application Monitoring and Observability
- Experience with Agile Development Methodologies
- Experience with CI/CD Pipelines
- This is a fully on-site role
