Job Summary
Develop and maintain scalable web applications using NodeJS, React, and TypeScript while implementing cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS. Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas and utilize Terraform for infrastructure as code to automate deployment processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions, participate in code reviews, and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime. This role requires 3–5 years of full-stack development experience with proficiency in modern web technologies and AWS services. Located onsite in New York, the position offers a salary of $180K–$240K plus equity, supporting a team transforming the retail landscape through integrated POS systems and AI-driven agents.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in full-stack software development with a focus on modern web technologies
- Proficiency in NodeJS, React, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL
- Strong experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure management
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, particularly Terraform or similar technologies
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and static site generation
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools to streamline development workflows
- Understanding of eCommerce or fintech domains to align with the company's mission
