Job Summary
Senior Software Engineer responsible for design, code, test, debug, and document projects in Wells Fargo Technology; drive moderately complex IT initiatives, contribute to large-scale planning, and collaborate to resolve technical challenges. Individual contributor role with opportunities to lead a team to meet client needs. Role includes hybrid work with telecommuting up to 2 days per week and in-person presence at the Charlotte, NC location. Key skills and requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field, 4 years of software engineering and development experience, automation experience with Blue Prism or UiPath (3 years), UiPath development (2 years), process and solution design (3 years), and direct user requirements gathering (2 years).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related technical field
- 4 years of software engineering and development experience
- 2 years of experience delivering complex enterprise wide IT solutions
- 3 years of automation experience with BluePrism or UiPath RPA toolset
- 2 years of UiPath specific development experience
- 3 years of process and solution design
- 2 years of direct user requirements gathering and refinement
