Job Summary
Shape the architecture and technical direction of Redgate Monitor, a flagship monitoring solution used by thousands of organisations to manage database environments. Take ownership of significant, often ambiguous projects from start to finish, balancing strategic planning with predictable delivery while influencing architectural decisions and improving system performance. Mentor the wider team through coaching, knowledge sharing, and code reviews to raise technical capability across the small, cross-functional group. Work within an agile environment using modern .NET and C# to build scalable, resilient systems, with opportunities to pick up new technologies as the product evolves.
