Job Summary
In this role, you will build, maintain, and improve tools for internal teams, collaborate with various stakeholders, and support successful software delivery. Key responsibilities include participating in code reviews, driving DevOps adoption, and developing scalable solutions. Ideal candidates possess strong programming skills, agility in adapting to new technologies, and an understanding of financial systems. Applicants should have a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant software development experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Experience with multiple programming languages (e.g., C#, C++)
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices
- Validated knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, DX1)
- Proficiency with databases and SQL
- Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with automated testing frameworks
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate development
- Ability to evaluate new AI tools and make suggestions on how they can enhance team efficiency
- Experience integrating AI‐powered automation into development workflows
- Familiarity with prompt‐engineering techniques to get the most from AI coding assistants
