Job Summary
Own a product surface end to end, from customer conversations and API design through implementation and rollout. Design and ship granular, flexible alerting and analytics that meet contractual latency SLAs. Build entitlement and spend-control primitives—credit balances, allocations, and rate limits—that enforce against real-time billing state. Shape the roadmap, primitives, and interfaces other teams build against. Collaborate across PM, design, sales, and customer success to turn enterprise and AI customer pain points into built features. Work directly with customers to define what gets built.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of software engineering experience
- track record of owning products or systems end to end
- Energized by ambiguity and ownership
- Strong product instincts
- genuine customer empathy
- Comfortable designing APIs and data models
- Enough systems depth to reason clearly about real-time and low-latency tradeoffs
- Attention to detail across API design, product UX, and everything in between
