Job Summary
Senior Software Engineer for RADICL’s platform team focused on building scalable data ingestion pipelines and API integrations to power a cybersecurity-as-a-service platform. You will integrate log collectors/forwarders (Fluentd, Fluent Bit, Vector, Logstash, Elastic Beats) and handle data from EDR, cloud providers, and compliance tools, shaping how new data sources are onboarded and how our AI-powered virtual SOC delivers threat detection and compliance capabilities. Responsibilities include designing and building API integrations, developing log parsing and data mapping pipelines, creating data mappings between source schemas and our internal model, optimizing ingestion performance, ensuring data quality and timeliness, documenting integration specs, and contributing to agentic parsing pipelines leveraging LLMs. Required experience includes ETL design, RESTful APIs, structured/unstructured data handling, and familiarity with security data platforms and cloud infrastructure. You will work in a hybrid office setting (Boulder, CO) with periodic travel for company events and collaboration. A strong emphasis on collaboration, customer interaction, and driving meaningful security outcomes is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Go, Kotlin, and/or TypeScript proficiency
- Experience with data integration, ETL design, RESTful API development
- Log parsing and normalization experience (regex, Grok-style patterns; structured/unstructured formats)
- Experience with log collectors/forwarders (Fluentd, Fluent Bit, Vector, Logstash, Elastic Beats)
- Familiarity with security data ingestion patterns and SIEM concepts
- Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Understanding of security tooling and compliance (CMMC, NIST)
- Interest or experience with LLM-based data extraction (agentic parsing) is a plus
- Data modeling and schema design; Elasticsearch/ECAS familiarity is a plus
Desired Qualifications

- Understanding of security domains (EDR, firewalls, logs, compliance data such as CMMC/NIST)
- Interest or experience with AI/LLM-based data extraction (agentic parsing) is a plus
- Experience with data modeling and schemas (Elasticsearch/Elastic Common Schema is a plus)
- Experience with streaming pipelines or Kafka is a plus
- Strong communicator and customer-facing collaboration skills
