Job Summary
Senior Software Engineer leading quality engineering initiatives with hands-on delivery across scalable test automation platforms and AI-enabled engineering practices. Drive data-driven quality intelligence pipelines for risk-based testing and release readiness; establish traceability and evidentiary integrity; integrate test automation with CI/CD; mentor engineers and uplift standards through reusable patterns and reference implementations; collaborate with engineering, product, and quality stakeholders to embed quality and AI-enabled practices early in the delivery lifecycle; focus on reducing defect leakage and improving automation reliability and reuse.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of commercial software engineering experience
- Senior software engineering experience delivering production-grade platforms, frameworks, or internal tooling
- Strong hands-on programming in Python and Java
- Experience applying AI/LLMs to real engineering workflows (automation, analysis, evaluation, or decision support)
- Proven ability to lead technical design discussions and deliver end-to-end solutions
- Experience building solutions that support traceability, auditability, and quality assurance expectations
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex concepts into value-driven outcomes
- Understanding of cloud networking concepts and AWS, Terraform, and container tooling such as Docker
- Familiarity with agentic AI, cloud-based data/ML platforms, and ML governance patterns
- Experience with modern test automation frameworks and integrating AI into developer workflows
