Job Summary
Own all stages of feature implementation, from design and development through deployment, production support, and maintenance using daily code contribution with AI assistance. Collaborate with Product Management on technical design and problem-solving to deliver robust solutions, while quickly analyzing complex issues to accelerate their resolution. Define and promote engineering best practices, including AI-assisted approaches, and provide comprehensive code reviews for engineers of all levels. Mentor team members through structured skill development to elevate performance. Build and grow a codebase and engineering organization from the ground up as a founding member of a new AI-driven platform. This role supports a team transforming how life sciences companies manage safety, regulatory, and clinical development. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven software development expertise
- Production level Python development
- Extensive experience developing high-scale enterprise SaaS cloud applications
- Proven track record of architecting and building high-volume products at scale
- Hands-on development experience with current open-source tools and technologies, including Python, Git, FastAPI, Pydantic
- Highly driven and flexible, enjoys a fast-paced start-up environment, and believes in having fun along the way
- Proven ability to mentor and elevate team performance, fostering growth and excellence
- Unrestricted right to work in the United States
