Job Summary
Senior Software Engineer (Python/AI) on the Agentic AI Engineering team building the infrastructure powering Global Forms Automation and AI-powered productivity for legal professionals. You’ll design, build, and maintain core services that consume and orchestrate AI-based integrations; develop scalable, reliable, and secure systems to support automation and generative AI workflows; collaborate with teams to ensure smooth integration and performance; solve complex engineering problems around AI reliability, context management, and data flow; prototype and optimise AI-driven features within known generative model constraints; participate in architectural planning, service design, and API definition; continuously improve system robustness, observability, and developer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Over 7 years commercial experience as a developer
- Strong experience in at least two of the following: Python; TypeScript/JavaScript/React; automation, system integrations, or AI-enabled workflows
- Experience with APIs and distributed environments
- Demonstrated ability to work with LLMs or generative AI systems
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
