Partner with engineers and bioinformaticians to understand technical limitations and build services to move large genomic data between components; develop core functions for interoperable bioinformatics solutions; meet with bioinformaticians to uncover functionality and requirements; coordinate with engineers and leadership to manage and prioritize projects.
