Job Summary
Build and ship full-stack product features across frontend and backend systems while developing AI-powered workflows that automate complex, real-world business processes. Design and scale systems processing large volumes of structured and unstructured data, including PDFs and emails, and create integrations with legacy systems through browser automation and APIs. Own product development from 0→1 MVP to scaling, collaborate closely with customers to understand workflows, and optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of production systems. Balance product, engineering, and business priorities in decision-making within a fast-growing, venture-backed AI company transforming the insurance brokerage industry.
Required Qualifications
- 4–8 years of full-stack software engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript
- Proven experience building and shipping user-facing products
- Experience working at VC-backed startups (Seed to Series E)
- Strong product mindset with ability to own features end-to-end
- Experience building scalable systems and handling complex data workflows
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Desired Qualifications
- Python
- Experience building AI-powered products or automation systems
- Experience working with messy/unstructured data (PDFs, documents, etc.)
- Background in fintech, insurtech, or vertical SaaS
- Strong academic background (top CS programs)
- Experience working in high-growth, product-driven environments
