Senior Software Engineer - Private Debt

Job Summary
Senior Software Engineer to help drive technical excellence and team execution in the Private Debt module. You’ll contribute to backend design and development primarily in APL (current core) with future growth into C#/.NET, guide code reviews and agile planning, ensure quality through unit/integration testing and CI/CD, identify performance bottlenecks, collaborate with Product and engineering peers to deliver rapid, reliable, and maintainable code, and communicate effectively with stakeholders across locations. You’ll work in a cross-located team, mentoring others and shaping the technical direction for Private Debt at scale. APL readiness is supported with training; the role emphasizes learning and contributing to architecture, platform integration, cloud enablement, and customer-focused delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of software development experience
- Strong fundamentals in object-oriented design and architecture patterns
- Experience with C#/.NET (Core/Framework) and backend systems (APIs, services, integrations)
- Proficient with Git and code versioning tools
- Experience with automated testing and CI/CD
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent communication skills in an international environment
- APL readiness with training provided (no prior APL required)
