Design a modern cloud-native platform using Elixir, Phoenix, and Python from scratch, focusing on fine-grained access control for clinical data and real-time infrastructure for rolling deployments and failover. Architect an integration engine connecting ventilators, monitors, and imaging equipment, while rethinking data workflows to transform click-heavy interfaces into intuitive experiences. Manage 24/7 uptime for mission-critical environments in Emergency Departments and ICUs, ensuring zero downtime risks to patient care. Work in a fast-paced team rebuilding hospital information systems, tackling novel engineering problems with first principles thinking.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of professional software engineering experience
- Proficiency with object oriented and functional programming
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative team environment
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Intellectually curious with a growth mindset
- Experience building 0-1 with a strong product sense
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to articulate technical decisions, trade-offs, and best practices
