Job Summary
Senior Software Engineer, Platform Engineering at an AI-native ERP company. Own infrastructure, CI/CD, and developer tooling to keep engineering shipping fast and safely at scale. Set reliability, security, and compliance direction; design scalable external APIs; translate ambiguous problems into clear technical plans; mentor engineers and raise the technical bar. Must have 5+ years in software engineering with proven experience leading large-scale projects, deep cloud infrastructure expertise (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and hands-on CI/CD and observability tooling. Willingness to relocate to NYC or San Francisco or work remotely with hybrid in-office days. Bonus points for fintech/ERP/accounting software background, AWS expertise, enterprise-readiness knowledge (SOC 2, SSO/SAML, audit logging), and Kotlin/Java/TypeScript skills.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- hands-on experience with CI/CD, observability tooling, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- experience leading large-scale projects
- ability to mentor engineers on the team
- AI tooling in daily workflow
- Kotlin, Java, or TypeScript experience
- experience owning and scaling public-facing APIs
- fintech, ERP, or accounting software background (bonus)
- SOC 2, SSO/SAML, audit logging familiarity (bonus)
