Job Summary
Deliver IAM capabilities across the Ping platform, spanning infrastructure, databases, and UI experiences. Design and implement APIs, models, workflows, and orchestration surfaces while researching and prototyping solutions in emerging areas. Work with product management, UX, and engineering teams to refine features for scalable outcomes, participating in the full development lifecycle from design through production support. Integrate modern AI tooling like Claude Code to accelerate research, code understanding, and documentation. Communicate technical decisions clearly, support peers through code reviews, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment. Contribute to features securing and governing AI agents for Fortune 100 enterprises.

- Experience turning requirements and ambiguous problems into designs, prototypes, and production-ready solutions
- Experience with authentication, authorisation, and identity management
- Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly, collaborate across teams and time zones, and support other engineers through feedback and knowledge sharing
- Ability to use AI engineering tools to accelerate research, code understanding, prototyping, implementation, and documentation while applying sound engineering judgment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, token exchange, policy systems, delegated administration, or identity data modelling
- Experience with AI agent identity and non-human identity
- Familiarity with MCP, agent skills, and other agent integration concepts
- Experience working across multiple codebases, teams, or product areas to ship cohesive outcomes
- Experience with distributed systems at scale
- Experience working as part of an international team
- Experience contributing to technical designs and proof of concept work
