Job Summary
Lead a group of engineers, seniors, juniors, and interns by managing team growth, enforcing high code quality processes, and developing training programs. Direct programming efforts while shifting focus toward leadership as the team expands, ensuring specs and schedules remain sound to meet project goals. Mentor team members, resolve technical issues, and advocate for necessary resources to maintain high morale. Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Support to improve internal processes and cross-functional communication.
Required Qualifications
- at least 5 years of full-stack engineering experience
- full-stack engineering background working with C# .NET Core
- ASP.NET Core for Razor Views
- WebAPI
- SignalR
- SQL
- Bootstrap
- Vue.js
- PouchDB
- RxJS
- Azure services
- experience working at a start-up or in a fast-moving product organization
- experience as an expert in coding
- promoted to a manager-role
- experience working with cross-functional teams from product management, design, marketing, sales, customer support
- ability to collaborate with non-technical teams
