Job Summary
Own a product surface end-to-end on Care Finance's provider and partner platform, delivering reliable, high-quality craft with AI-native output while managing dependencies and escalating context. Identify gaps and frame problems worth solving, considering data and compliance implications within HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and SOC 2 governed environments. Create clarity through writing that helps stakeholders act, communicate tradeoffs to non-engineering partners, and align closely with your work. Provide timely peer feedback, mentor junior engineers on craft, and contribute to shared tooling and internal libraries. Requires 5+ years of experience owning production systems with hands-on proficiency in Java, Go, Python, or TypeScript.
