Candidates should have at least 5 years of engineering experience, particularly in the financial industry, and excel in creating elegant systems. Knowledge of Kotlin and strong coding practices are essential. The role emphasizes collaboration across global teams and optimizing critical components in payment processing.

Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Spring / Spring Boot
- Proficiency in Java / Kotlin or other modern programming languages
- Proficiency in HTTP protocol and RESTful specifications
- Familiarity with OAuth2.0 / JWT
- Experience with PostgreSQL / Redis / NoSQL
- Experience with Kafka / RabbitMQ
- Familiarity with Nginx / Istio
- Experience with cloud vendors like Aliyun Cloud, GCP, or AWS
- Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex public API products with user integration guides
- Fluent in English communication
