As a Senior Software Engineer on the Data Platform team, you will be responsible for designing and building HRIS, EMS, ATS, and partner integrations, focusing on enterprise systems. This role involves owning integrations end-to-end, improving observability tooling, and addressing reliability and scalability issues. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of software development experience, strong integration and API design knowledge, and proficiency in enterprise B2B product standards.
Required Qualifications
