Job Summary
Own large-scale projects from technical discovery through launch, focusing on quick, iterative releases and customer impact. Collaborate with external partners to understand integration needs and deliver scalable solutions for the Justworks ecosystem. Independently manage the public API through which customer data flows, ensuring it remains as reliable as the UI-driven experience. Build and improve platform infrastructure that makes partner integrations faster, safer, and easier to scale. Promote engineering excellence through technical leadership, knowledge sharing, and mentorship.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional hands-on experience
- Proficiency with SQL
- Proficiency with cloud infrastructure management, preferably AWS
- Experience supporting and mentoring other engineers and acting as a 'force multiplier'
- Experience working closely with designers and product managers
Desired Qualifications
- Mastery of modern server side languages, Golang is a plus but not required
