Job Summary
Design and maintain shared GitHub Actions CI/CD workflows, container images, and release plumbing for product teams building on C# and C++. Operate the cloud-hosted runner fleet, manage the internal NuGet feed, and enforce supply-chain security through signing and SBOMs. Enable and govern IDE Copilot usage while holding an on-call rotation to triage broken pipelines and eliminate bottlenecks. Drive measurable improvements in build times and flake rates, evolving the platform beyond its initial scope to support advanced workloads like GPU-passthrough testing.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years in DevOps / SRE in production
- Demonstrated ownership of CI/CD at scale
- Experience with GitHub Actions
- Experience with cloud-hosted VM runners built from custom images
- Experience with Packer
- Experience with Azure Image Builder
- Experience with EC2 Image Builder
- Experience with OIDC to cloud
- Experience with GPU-enabled cloud VMs
- Experience with GPU passthrough for test workloads
- Working knowledge of C#
- Working knowledge of MSBuild
- Working knowledge of NuGet
- Working knowledge of .NET across the range used here (.NET Framework 4.8 through .NET 9, plus .NET Standard 2.0)
- Experience with internal NuGet feeds
- Experience with large package artifacts
