Job Summary
Senior Software Engineer to maintain and modernize two large codebases in .NET Framework 4.8, collaborating across C# and VB.NET, SQL Server, and WinForms UIs. Responsibilities include writing and optimizing SQL Server stored procedures, applying complex business rules including Chain of Custody logic, and working with UI toolkits like Infragistics and DevExpress. You’ll partner with senior architects and QA to diagnose and fix issues in enterprise-scale legacy systems, and contribute to feature enhancements across desktop components and data workflows.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of .NET Framework (v4.8) experience
- Proficiency in C# and VB.NET
- WinForms Specialist
- SQL Server, ADO.NET, and ability to write stored procedures
- Experience with Infragistics and DevExpress
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Ability to work in an N-tier monolithic architecture
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Knowledge of Chain of Custody and regulatory requirements (federal/state) is a plus
