Job Summary
Research, design, implement, and manage software applications within the .NET stack while partnering with Product and Engineering to define requirements and turn customer needs into technical solutions. Write, test, and implement efficient code, review pull requests, and incorporate AI coding tools into your daily workflow. Coach and mentor other team members as a key component of the new Scholarship Granting Organization engineering team building a platform from the ground up. Maintain a positive, solution-oriented approach with stakeholders while adapting to change and managing multiple priorities. This role offers $120,000–$150,000 annual compensation with a hybrid schedule requiring three days of in-office presence for collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of related experience
- Strong technical competency
- Logical, analytical, and creative approach to problem-solving
- Ability to communicate clearly with clients, colleagues, and management on complex issues
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities
- Adapts well to change and focuses on continuous improvement
- Must already be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship
