Job Summary
Own the full product direction for internal compliance engines, entity management consoles, and external client portals while driving hands-on technical execution across architecture, full-stack delivery, and system reliability. Direct production LLM integrations, agentic task orchestration, and human-in-the-loop verification systems to convert complex regulatory workflows into scalable software solutions. Partner directly with founders and operational staff to bridge business needs with technical implementations, maintaining high standards across type safety, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines. Lead and build out the engineering team as the company scales its core technical capabilities and market footprint, leveraging deep proficiency with modern web stacks including TypeScript and Node.js.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
