Job Summary
Develop unique locking technology combining proprietary data strategies with secured credit products for emerging markets. Design, implement, test, debug, and deploy features using PHP, Javascript/Vue/AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and SQL across web frontend, backend, and partner API integrations. Manage relational databases, execute DDL and DML operations, and build real-time data APIs to support global engineering teams and international partners. Build independently, take ownership of feature sets, and contribute to the full development life-cycle from requirements to bug fixes. Mentor new engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster collaboration within an Agile environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- 8 + years of experience in financial technology services.
- Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies, PHP, Java, Javascript/Vue/AngularJS, HTML, CSS, SQL.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Being a team player, that includes review, pair programming, collaboration in one task, mentoring or being mentored.
- Willing to work in a collaborative environment.
- Willing to work in an Agile environment.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Exposure to omnichannel activation (email, push, SMS, in-product).
- Interest in growing toward Staff / architecture responsibilities.
- Experience in product-led or growth-driven companies.
